Event Planning & Coordination
Nina has developed strong event planning skills through contributing to Presidential-level events and bill signings at the White House, supporting logistics and preparation for high-visibility engagements. She has expanded this experience by coordinating sorority formals, mixers, and recruitment events involving hundreds of attendees. Currently she is strengthening professional expertise through a Spring 2026 Event Management Internship at the University of South Florida, gaining hands-on training in large-scale event execution.

Leadership & Team Management
Nina demonstrated leadership early through her work in the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs, collaborating with staff and supporting communication with nationwide stakeholders. Built on this foundation as Vice President of Recruitment for Zeta Tau Alpha, where she led a recruitment team, organized major operations, and strategized to improve outcomes year over year. Recognized with a Certificate of Achievement for exceptional leadership and dedication to the Panhellenic community.

Communication & Public Relations
Nina gained strong communication skills by preparing briefs, summarizing meetings, and supporting outreach to state, local, tribal, and territorial leaders during her White House internship. Applied these skills within her sorority by promoting events, engaging with prospective members, and serving as a primary point of contact with external partners. Experienced in building relationships, communicating clearly across diverse audiences, and maintaining a polished, professional presence.

Nina
Nina Della Valle is a senior at the University of South Florida pursuing a degree in Communications. In summer 2025, she served as a White House Intern in the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs, where she contributed to the coordination of high-level events and supported engagement with more than 500,000 state, local, tribal, and territorial stakeholders. This role sharpened her skills in event management, stakeholder relations, and strategic communication at the highest levels of public service.
On campus, Nina has distinguished herself through leadership in Zeta Tau Alpha, where she served as Vice President of Recruitment and External Social Chair. In these roles, she directed large-scale recruitment initiatives, planned and executed social programming, and built collaborative partnerships across organizations. Her contributions earned her a Certificate of Achievement from the Panhellenic Association in recognition of her leadership and impact.
Beyond her formal leadership roles, Nina’s background includes customer service and family care positions, underscoring her adaptability, teamwork, and relationship-building strengths. Passionate about communication, community, and growth, she thrives in collaborative environments that challenge her to learn and lead. Outside of academics and professional pursuits, she enjoys fitness, pilates, travel, and spending time with friends.
